Access More Libraries

One of the easiest ways to improve your digital reading life is to add more library cards. More libraries can mean bigger collections, shorter wait times, and access to extra services like Hoopla. Some libraries offer instant e-cards, some offer non-resident cards, and others are available through reciprocal borrowing based on where you live.

Reciprocal
Library Access

One of the best ways to get access to more libraries is to check whether your home library has reciprocal agreements with other library systems. It works a bit like museum reciprocity, where one membership can open the door to additional places.

A great tool for this is Reciprocards:
https://www.reciprocard.com/

Created by a fellow book lover, this site lets you search your home library and see which free reciprocal agreements you may already qualify for. It is an easy way to uncover more library cards to add to Libby, which can mean more book options and shorter wait times.
